To be used when spa is emptied
SPA or HOT TUB filled to normal level of use before changing water – (use existing water)
Remove filter cartridge (sand filter-switch to recirculate).
Turn on Filter Pump and add 2 SPAKLEE® pods to water.
Run for 20 minutes no longer. Foaming will occur. You will see areas of brown and yellow sludge and foam (body fat).
When you have completed turn off pump and drain, wipe down sides with fresh water and a clean cloth.
Replace With A Cleaned Cartridge Filter or Backwash Sand Filter. The spa can now be filled and used.
